Amway Guarantees

We attach great importance to the quality of AMWAY products and guarantee your complete satisfaction. Unless otherwise stated, all unmarked products distributed by Amway and featured in this catalogue carry the Amway Satisfaction Guarantee (subject to the terms and conditions below).

If a customer is not completely satisfied, please return the product, in whole or in part, following the return instructions.

The Amway Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:

• products that have been used for purposes other than those for which they were intended ;
   
• Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused;
   
• products distributed by Amway that are covered by a limited satisfaction guarantee; these products are marked with the ✪ symbol in the Amway Product Catalogue; and/or
   
• products covered by special manufacturer's warranties provided with them.

In the Amway Product Catalogue, products distributed by Amway are marked with a ✪ symbol and come with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.

If a customer is not completely satisfied, they may return the product within 90 (ninety) days of the date of purchase, following the return instructions below.

The Amway 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:

• products that have been used for purposes other than those for which they were intended and/or
   
• products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.

Once the warranty has been used, it cannot be renewed or extended.
